The Town of Nipawin has announced a by-election to fill the council seat of Councillor Ray Serack who tendered his resignation from Council, effective January 11, 2018,
citing personal reasons.
On March 7th, 2018, the Town of Nipawin gave official notice that nominations for the position of one council seat are open and nomination forms may be obtained at the Nipawin Civic Office between the period from March 7th, 2018 to March 21st, 2018.
Completed nomination forms will be received during business hours from Wednesday March 7th, 2018 to Tuesday, March 20, 2018 and on Wednesday March 21st from the hours of 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
The Nipawin Civic Offices are located at 210-2nd Avenue East, Nipawin and regular business hours are 8:30 am – 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm.
