APAS granted intervenor status in Saskatchewan’s Carbon Tax court case

As the Government of Saskatchewan heads to court to fight the Federal Government’s decision to force a carbon tax on provinces that do not have a tax in place voluntarily, APAS has, until recently, been denied intervenor status in the landmark case.

Eligible RMs announced today a good start, but not enough

September 14, 2018 – For Immediate Release – The Agricultural Producers Association of Saskatchewan says that the area covered by today’s announcement of a Federal Livestock tax deferral is not large enough.
