Saskatchewan RCMP are asking for the public’s help in locating Scott Robert Nelson who is currently Wanted Canada Wide for being Unlawfully At Large after he failed to return to the Oskanna Community Correctional Centre while on parole in May of 2017. Scott Nelson has also been charged with Participating in a Riot in connection with his part in the December 2016 riot at Saskatchewan Penitentiary.
