On Friday November 10th, at RM of Torch River council meeting, ratepayers will have a voice speaking on behalf of numerous concerned residents about the state of the RM’s grid and farm access roads. Division 4 resident, Gary Francis, will be addressing council as a delegate, speaking to them about the concerns that he, along with other ratepayers have regarding the RM’s current level of road maintenance and repairs, as well as issues arising from inadequate snow removal.
In addition to that delegation, the RM’s Agenda for the meeting lists some very important issues, including dealing with the vacant council seat, conflicts of interest topic, code of ethics complaint and roads, just to name a few. You can view their agenda on their website.
Anyone who wishes to attend is welcome to, the meeting is open to the public, though the agenda indicates the discussion about a Code of Ethics Complaint will be in camera (not open to the public).
