Rango has been found! His two day adventure included what his owner included a lot of walking, possibly over 5 miles and a ride in a combine with a neighbour.

Rango came across a neighbour combining yesterday evening and invited himself to stay. Concerned that the dog may get injured, the farmer decided to invite Rango to ride along in the combine with them and was returned to a very grateful owner this afternoon.

Amy, Rango’s owner, wishes to thank Debbie Sturby for bringing Rango home to her! Thanks to those who called Amy with sightings and for sharing this article!

Rango Found!

Rango is a 3-year-old Cocker Spaniel cross that has been missing from west of Codette near the Wapiti Ski Hill since the afternoon of Monday, September 4th.

Rango has a light brown shaggy coat and is a very loving and hyper guy. His owner believes he followed a friend out of the yard on Monday afternoon. The owners have driven around searching the grid and roads and were not able to locate him.

Rango’s owner feels he could have traveled on Prontrillas or Codette grid and could be several miles from home by now.

The owner and her children are sick with worry and Rango is dearly missed. They are really hoping maybe someone picked him up thinking he was lost and possibly took him to town.

If you have seen Rango or know where he is please call Amy at 306- 812-7887
