On January 24 around 4:00 in the morning, Pelican Narrows responded to a complaint of an injured male at a residence on the 2800 block of McCallum Street in Pelican Narrows. When they arrived, they located a 21-year-old male suffering from apparent stab wounds. He was transported to hospital in Prince Albert for medical treatment for what were described as serious injuries. An update on his condition is not available at this time
As a result of investigation, 21-year-old Rueben Ratt of Pelican Narrows is charged with:
• 1 count, aggravated assault, section 268 of the Criminal Code
Ratt has not been located and there is a warrant for his arrest. If anyone knows the whereabouts of Ratt, please do not approach him and contact police immediately by calling 911.
He is described as/having:
• Black hair, brown eyes
• Approximately 5’5” tall
• Approximately 150 lbs
• He has a tattoo on his right hand that says “Bronx”
