Nipawin RCMP have arrested one of the two men wanted in three assaults that occurred in Nipawin, SK on April 13, 2019.
In the early morning hours of April 13, 2019, Nipawin RCMP had responded to three assaults within the community.
Two of the assaults took place at the same residence, hours apart from one another while a third incident occurred at a different location but is also believed to be related to the same suspects.
After their initial investigation, RCMP had arrested and charged 28 year old, Carline BEAR and charges had been sworn and arrest warrants had been granted for Nathaniel Roderick CRATE (DOB: 1994-06-30) and Garrett Scott McCALLUM aka: “Smiley” (DOB: 1992-04-21) who remained at large at the time.
Nipawin RCMP have informed Nipawin News that they have now arrested and remanded into their custody, Nathaniel Crate. Crate will appear in Nipawin Provincial court on Wednesday May 15th, 2019.
Garrett Scott McCALLUM is still at large and RCMP are requesting that anyone with information call their local RCMP detachment or Crimestoppers.
