On Wednesday December 13th, 2017, the Town of Carrot River residents went to the polls to elect a new councilor for Carrot River town council.
Mike Livermore was elected with 81 votes defeating Dylan Brody who gained 33 votes and Joe Doerksen close behind with 30 votes.
144 ballots were cast in yesterday’s vote with no ballots rejected or spoiled.

Mike Livermore will serve on Council until 2020 when the next general election for all 7 council members will occur.
