Late in the evening on Friday April 12th, 2019, while walking home from a function, a Nipawin man was assaulted by two men.
According to the victim, the men “roughed” him up and he did not sustain any serious injuries.
Bruised and sore, the local resident did contact the RCMP to report the incident.
Residents are encouraged to remain vigilant, avoid walking alone after dark and report any suspicious activity to the RCMP.
