DIAMOND NORTH CREDIT UNION – White Fox, SK, September 17, 2018 – In the early hours of Sunday, September 16, 2018 the Diamond North Credit Union White Fox branch was damaged during an incident involving an ATM theft.
The theft is being investigated by the local RCMP and as such we are unable to share specific details around this incident. At this time, our primary focus is the safety and concern for our staff and members.
The ATM will not be functional for some time. It is to be noted that our Choiceland branch also received damage when a vehicle struck it repeatedly in the early morning hours of Thursday, September 13, 2018.
This caused comprehensive damage to the branch resulting in the temporary close of our ATM in that location as well.
At present, we are unable to determine if these incidents are related.
Please watch our social media channels and our website for details on the reopening of our ATMs at both locations.
