Community Continues to Raise Funds For White Fox Man Mauled by Bear

(Last Updated On: January 29, 2018)

Welcome Home JEFF

A committee has been formed in order to hold a benefit for Jeff Haydukewich (the young father that was attacked by a bear September 4, 2017 while hunting.)
Jeff was in the hospital for several months and was able to be home for Christmas with his children.
Due to his injures (and they were extensive) he will not be able to work for a very long time, and will have to undergo several more surgeries.
We are looking for a donation(s) for the silent auction, which will be held on February 24, 2018, at the Smeaton Recreation Center. If you/your business is interested in contributing that surely would be appreciated.
Festivities starting: Supper at 6:00 p.m. Dance to commence at 9:00 p.m.
There will be alcohol ticket sold, door prizes and a silent auction. (Please bring a designated driver).
We would like to take this time to Thank all the contributors to this helpful cause in order to make Jeff’s healing process as easy for him as possible.
Once again thank you to all the sponsors.

Sincerely,
Nipawin and Area Contact – Kate Martens 306-862-6778
