The Nipawin & District Chamber of Commerce is seeking old photos of the Nipawin & District Regional Park.
As part of the celebrations for the 50th Anniversary of the Regional Park, the Nipawin Chamber is putting together a PowerPoint presentation for people to enjoy during the anniversary celebration activities on July 21st and 22nd, 2018 at the park.
The presentation will show what the park looked like through the years since it was first opened in 1968.
If you have any old pictures or know someone who does, you can contact the Chamber office at 306-862-5252 or go to their Facebook page to contact them.
The Nipawin and District Regional Park was established on June 19, 1965 and opened in 1968 with just 25 campsites and a picnic area nestled on 296 acres. Over the years, the park has grown to become one of the best maintained parks in the province, offering top-class amenities and an easily accessible outdoor experience. – Nipawin & District Regional Park web site
