3 Facing Charges in Tisdale – Hydromorph, cocaine and marijuana seized

During the early morning hours on Thursday the 28th day of September, 2017 members of the Tisdale RCMP Detachment in cooperation with Investigators from the Ministry of Justice Safe Communities and Neighborhoods (SCAN) executed a search warrant under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) at a residence in Tisdale, Saskatchewan.

As a result of the search Police seized a quantity of prescription Hydromorph capsules as well as cocaine and marijuana. Three adults, one male and two females, from Tisdale face various charges which include Possession for the purpose of Trafficking Section 5(2) of CDSA, Possession of a Controlled Substance Section 4(1) CDSA, and Breach of an Undertaking Section 145(3) of the Criminal Code.

The accused are set to appear at Tisdale Provincial Court on Tuesday the 7th day of November, 2017 at 09:30.

The Investigation is still ongoing.
