Meth, Cocaine, Marijuana and Cash Seized in Melfort Drug Bust

On January 18, 2018, Melfort RCMP in combination with the Prince Albert Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit (CFSEU) conducted a Controlled Substances and Drugs Act (CDSA) investigation resulting in the arrest of two individuals. High Pressure Transmission Pipeline Rupture Causing Natural Gas Service Outages in the Melfort Area

SaskEnergy is experiencing problems with its pipeline system in the Melfort area. Star City Meat Processor Fined $11,500 For Trafficking Wild Meat

A Star City man recently pleaded guilty in Melfort provincial court to five charges under the federal Migratory Birds Convention Act. An undercover investigation which started in 2014 found that a meat shop in Star City was illegally selling wild goose meat.
