Truck Stolen From East of Carrot River Recovered After Low Speed Chase and Standoff Near Saskatoon

On the evening of Monday July 9th, Carrot River area resident had his black Ford F350 stolen. In the back seat was his kids 4H tack and a saddle, along with several boxes of fungicide in the box.
