Rosthern RCMP Seeking People Who Travelled on Highway #11 Friday Morning

UPDATE: RCMP Release Composite Sketch of Suspect

RCMP have released a composite sketch of the male who exited the black Cadillac during the initial incident by Osler early Friday morning. He is described as a six foot tall black male with a slim build and high cheekbones.

This male should not be approached. Anyone with information about this individual or the car is asked to call 310-RCMP or your local police service of jurisdiction. You can call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

The black Cadillac CTS has not been located. RCMP Major Crime Unit North continues to investigate with the assistance of Rosthern RCMP, RCMP General Investigation Section and Forensic Identification Section and Saskatoon Police Service.


Previous Information

Investigators wish to speak with any members of the public who were traveling on Highway #11 (both directions) between Rosthern and Saskatoon on October 27 between 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. and have information relating to the below investigation (perhaps saw the black Cadillac CTS on the side of the road or passed it). Crop District 8 – Hudson Bay, Tisdale, Melfort, Carrot River, Humboldt, Kinistino, Cudworth and Aberdeen areas
Crop District 9AE – Prince Albert, Choiceland and Paddockwood areas

Harvest is virtually complete in the region thanks to a good stretch of warm and relatively dry weather. There are a few fields of crops such as canola, oats and flax left to be combined. Fall
