APAS granted intervenor status in Saskatchewan’s Carbon Tax court case

As the Government of Saskatchewan heads to court to fight the Federal Government’s decision to force a carbon tax on provinces that do not have a tax in place voluntarily, APAS has, until recently, been denied intervenor status in the landmark case.

Nipawin Bridge Delays to Facilitate Bridge Jacking

Beginning on Tuesday, December 11th, 2018, closures of both lanes for up to 20 minutes at a time have been approved by the Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure as contractors work on bridge jacking as part of the Nipawin Bridge rehabilitation project on Highway 55, north of Nipawin, SK.
